Design-Build Construction Project Manager

Perini Management Services Inc. a Tutor Perini Company is seeking an experienced Design-Build Project Manager to join our team in Astoria Oregon.

The Design Build Project Manager to lead large-scale design-build and construction projects from design development through construction and closeout. This role is responsible for project execution client relationships contract administration financial performance scheduling and team leadership ensuring projects are delivered safely on time and within budget.

As a Design-Build Project Manager at Perini Management Services reporting to the Project Manager you will have the opportunity to:

Description:

• Manage all phases of design-build and construction projects.

• Lead architects engineers subcontractors and field teams.

• Oversee project budgets schedules contracts and P&L performance.

• Review design documents submittals RFIs shop drawings and change orders.

• Ensure Design Development compliance with RFP requirements and applicable codes.

• Manage procurement subcontract administration invoicing and project closeout.

• Build and maintain strong client consultant and subcontractor relationships.

• Monitor project risks and implement corrective actions as needed.

• Ensure compliance with contract requirements company standards and project objectives.

• Mentor and develop project staff and junior team members.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Engineering Architecture Construction Management or related field.

• 5 years of construction and/or design-build project management experience.

• Experience managing multiple projects including projects valued at $25M.

• Federal Government project management experience.

• Strong knowledge of construction contracts scheduling project controls and contract administration.

• Excellent communication leadership and organizational skills.

• Experience with Microsoft Office Bluebeam Primavera P6 Prolog or similar software.

• Design-Build project delivery experience.

• Design phase management experience.

• PE EIT PMP RA DBIA or other relevant professional certifications.

• Experience with Marine Construction projects.
