Youll pull your Mobile Flooring Showroom right up to the homeowners driveway and guide them through a real in-home consultation: understanding their space their style their budget then presenting a proposal and closing the deal all in one visit.

What Youll Actually Be Doing

Running appointments from a mix of company-provided leads and your own prospecting
Networking and building referral relationships to grow your pipeline
Guiding homeowners to the right choice through honest consultative conversation and earning the close in that same visit
Presenting proposals and pricing clearly so saying yes feels easy not pressured
Owning your pipeline proposals follow-ups and closing with confidence

What Were Looking For

2 years of sales experience in flooring interior design or construction (required)
Someone who can build trust fast and read a room
Sharp with numbers comfortable estimating and pricing
A natural networker whos always growing their circle
Energized by closing same-day youd rather ask for the sale now than chase it later
Organized self-motivated and tech-comfortable
Valid drivers license
