- Reports directly to the Regional Sales Manager
- Must demonstrate high level of integrity and accountability
- Ability to build strong professional relationships; establish credibility and rapport with both internal and external customers
- Responsible for the understanding and utilization of sales reports and forecasts
- Ability to implement and execute key marketing strategies
- Responsible for timely call reporting tasks
- Responsible for meeting monthly quarterly and yearly sales goals
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills are required
- Ability to travel and work outside of the parameters of 8am to 5pm as well as attend both corporate and medical conventions when required which includes some weekends
- Travel outside of base territory for company meetings as needed
- Ability to manage various resources including the ability to lift and handle packages up to 30 lbs.
- Responsible for managing a storage unit and large quantities of samples.
- This position will require 3-5 overnight stays per month.
LOCATION:
This is a field-based sales territory covering Dallas West Fort Worth & Oklahoma City The ideal candidate should reside in the greater Dallas/Fort Worth area.
Bachelors degree from a 4-year accredited university
Minimum three (3) years of outside business-to-business sales or medical-related sales required
Excellent communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills
Must be proficient with MS Office Windows IOS and have the ability to quickly become familiar with sales tracking and reporting software
Valid drivers license
Ability to lift 30lbs and stand for long periods of time
Outside sales experience in medical or pharmaceutical sales experience preferred
Minimum two (2) years of consistent documented high level sales performance
Recent working relationships with local Dermatologists is a plus
Bilingual a plus
