Virginia Dermatology & Skin Cancer Center in affiliation with Anne Arundel Dermatology is seeking an experienced Dermatology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our growing Virginia Beach practice.

This opportunity offers a unique blend of medical dermatology and aesthetic services within a well-established practice. The ideal candidate will have experience managing a broad range of dermatologic conditions while also providing cosmetic consultations and treatments.

Evaluate diagnose and treat a wide range of dermatologic conditions

Perform dermatologic procedures consistent with training and experience

Provide aesthetic consultations and treatments while helping patients achieve their skincare goals

Develop individualized treatment plans and educate patients on diagnoses treatment options procedures and preventative care

Maintain timely accurate and compliant medical documentation

Collaborate with physicians advanced practice providers and support staff to deliver exceptional patient care

Foster strong patient relationships through compassionate patient-centered care

Uphold the highest standards of professionalism clinical excellence and customer service

Minimum of 2 years of dermatology experience required

Experience in both medical dermatology and aesthetic services strongly preferred

Ability to independently evaluate diagnose and manage dermatology patients

Experience performing dermatologic procedures

Strong communication and patient relationship-building skills

Excellent bedside manner and commitment to patient-centered care

Self-motivated organized and team-oriented

Demonstrated professionalism integrity and accountability

Board Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program

Active Virginia license or ability to obtain prior to start date

Current DEA registration and prescriptive authority if applicable

Current BLS certification
