Up to 34800 per annum 40 Hours Per Week

Through carefully tailored activities personalised support and a child-centred approach the team creates meaningful learning opportunities that help children develop confidence independence and a genuine love of learning.

Working closely with the Room Leader youll play an important role in supporting the day-to-day running of the room mentoring colleagues and helping to deliver outstanding care and education for children during this crucial stage of development.

What Were Looking For

• Level 3 Early Years qualification
• Previous experience working within a nursery or early years setting
• Strong understanding of the EYFS framework
• Good knowledge of safeguarding and child protection procedures
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• A nurturing and child-centred approach to childcare

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Room Leader with the day-to-day running of the Toddler Room
• Deliver high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework
• Help plan engaging activities tailored to childrens individual interests and developmental needs
• Support childrens learning wellbeing and emotional development
• Observe assess and monitor childrens progress
• Build positive relationships with children families and colleagues
• Support and guide team members within the room
• Maintain safeguarding health & safety and nursery standards at all times
