Manage scoping budgeting scheduling deadlines TO management and proposal development for IDIQ Relations: Grow relationships and market share collaborate with stakeholders and external partners and serve as the first point of contact for contract : Implement a QMP and ensure contract compliance and point of contact for contract Management: Primary liaison for energy performance : Promote safe work have authority to act for the Contractor in every location and availability subject to CO to accept notices inspection reports and :U.S. CitizenHigh School Degree or GEDExperience in managing and supervising mechanical maintenance operations for similar size/type buildings.5 years O&M/Facilities Management experience8 years in project management/supervisory roleExperience with similar size/complexity buildingsPreferred Experience:Knowledge of heating ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) systemsBuilding System KnowledgeKnowledge of Energy Applications as applied to managing building environmentOur Equal Employment Opportunity Policy:The company is an equal opportunity employer.
