Job Summary
XLA is looking for a Deputy Program Manager to support a federal agency in Arlington VA. This position isonsite position Monday-Friday.
Salary: $100000 - $120000
Responsibilities:
Assist the Program Manager to effectively and efficiently plan organize and manage all employees
Provide day-to-day administrative direction and assign staff personnel to appropriate shifts or functions
Monitor staff workload per labor category to ensure contract compliance
Establish or improve procedures and controls
Coordinate day-to-day project activities and client contact
Assist the Program Manager with day-to-day matters including providing the COR with status reports
Handle disciplinary matters and sign papers/documents on behalf of the Contractor
Assist with conducting staff meetings and maintain time and attendance records
