Founded in 2019 Valon has about 300 people has raised $230M from Andreessen Horowitz and WestCap and holds $500M in signed contracts.

Valon is hiring Deployment Strategists (3-6 years) to own live enterprise deployments of ValonOS for the largest mortgage servicers in the country. This is for a high-horsepower operator from consulting banking investing or a high-growth startup who wants to move from making recommendations to owning outcomes end to end deploying eight- and nine-figure enterprise contracts.

• Own enterprise deployments from understanding a clients operation through platform configuration adoption and measurable business results.
• Spend time on-site with customers observing workflows digging into data and solving operational problems.
• Partner with engineering and product to turn messy legacy workflows into scalable software.
• Make decisions with incomplete information across deployments that all look different.
• Build the playbooks tooling and processes that make future rollouts faster.

• 3-6 years in strategy consulting (MBB) investment banking private equity hedge funds or a high-growth startup
• Undergraduate degree from a top-20 university (or international equivalent)
• Demonstrated daily AI fluency with AI tools and coding agents
• Built playbooks tooling or processes from scratch
• High agency and ownership; comfortable in ambiguity
• Career stability (promotions within a company are a strong plus)
• Hybrid in NYC or SF 3-4 days a week and 10-20% domestic travel

• Experience at a fast-growing startup such as Scale AI
• SQL Python or data warehousing familiarity
