Three years in Basis can complete a partnership tax workbook end to end and accountants use it daily to create complex journal entries and debug reconciliations with capabilities improving every month.

Basis is hiring Deployment Intelligence Strategists (5-10 years) to own post-sale implementation and adoption of its AI platform at top accounting firms. You will bring strong customer empathy process orientation and ideally some accounting background to a fast-growing team deploying real AI agents into the real economy.

• Own the customer journey from contract signing through pilot implementation training and ongoing adoption.
• Run workshops and training sessions that teach accounting firms to use Basiss AI agents.
• Troubleshoot issues and act as the primary project manager for each account.
• Translate customer business goals into agent workflows that transform how accounting gets done.
• Give Engineering constant product feedback from customer interactions.

• 5 years in enterprise SaaS implementation financial transformation or a related customer-facing role at a startup or mid-stage company
• Strong articulation customer empathy and enterprise relationship management
• Process orientation and end-to-end management of complex platform implementations
• Based in NYC and able to work in the Flatiron office 5 days a week
• US work authorization without sponsorship

• Accounting fundamentals (QuickBooks NetSuite general ledger); a CPA or accounting background is a major plus
