Summary
Coordinates and supports strategic and departmental projects and initiatives. Prepares and reports metrics pertinent to quality finance billing and operations. Assists with provider onboarding certification compliance scheduling support credentialing and other practice related tasks.

Job Duties
  • Collaborates with the DOEHM Leadership to mine manage and analyze data requests.
  • Provides coordination and support for the DOEHM leadership for projects and initiatives.
  • Provides support to assign and track compliance with job-specific certifications licensures and merit-badge courses
  • Assists with annual provider evaluations flu vaccinations departmental databases and other tasks.
  • Provide support and oversight related to departmental Policies and Procedures
  • Collaborates with departmental leadership to manage and coordinate strategic and departmental projects goals and initiatives.
  • Provide support and oversight related to provider credentialing reappointments and onboarding.
  • Evaluates and interprets collected data for data trends and variances and communicates information to department leadership.
  • Provides support and oversight related to provider scheduling and associated databases/software
  • Prepares reports utilized by departmental and network leadership for monitoring and decision making.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Associates Degree in Healthcare or Business.
  • 3 years in a healthcare environment with experience in project coordination data analytics and hospital/prehospital operations.
  • Extensive computer skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and database management.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelors Degree in Healthcare or Business.

Physical Demands
Lift and carry 25 lbs. frequent sitting/standing frequent keyboard use *patient care providers may be required to perform activities specific to their role including kneeling bending squatting and performing CPR.
