As the Clinical Manager for Gateway Surgery youll lead daily clinical operations champion evidenceâbased practice and support the hospitals mission through strong compassionate leadership. Required Qualifications
  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (Indiana or compact state)

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)

Preferred Qualifications
  • Five years of hospital clinical nursing experience

  • One year of nursing management experience

  • Demonstrated leadership creativity and management skills

  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
