Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $152000 to $206000
• Bonus or incentives: Non-production model focusing on quality care
• Health insurance: 75% employer paid medical coverage

• PTO: 160 hours of vacation 40 hours of personal time and 10 paid holidays
• CME: 5 days plus a $2500 annual allowance
