Position Overview:

Our client is a thriving community outpatient medical center seeking a dedicated Dentist to provide comprehensive patient-centered dental care on a full-time basis with scheduling flexibility. The successful candidate will be a skilled and compassionate clinician ready to serve as an integral member of a deeply collaborative multidisciplinary care environment.

This position is based in a safe vibrant and welcoming suburban community in New Jersey just a comfortable distance from New York City and a short drive from the beautiful beaches of the Jersey Shore. Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive dental care including preventive restorative and minor oral surgical procedures
• Conduct thorough dental examinations diagnose conditions and develop individualized treatment plans
• Perform procedures including fillings extractions crowns bridges root canals and other indicated treatments
• Deliver patient education on oral hygiene preventive care and treatment options
• Collaborate with the broader clinical team within an integrated medical and dental care environment
• Maintain thorough accurate and up-to-date patient records in accordance with established standards
• Adhere to all applicable infection control protocols regulatory requirements and ethical standards of dental practice
• Remain current with advancements and best practices in the field of dentistry

Qualifications:

• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) from an accredited institution
• Current dental licensure in the state of practice
• Strong clinical skills across a broad range of general dental procedures
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a warm patient-centered approach
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-quality supportive outpatient environment
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within a team-based care model

Compensation & Benefits:
