Our mission is to provide quality and accessible primary healthcare services through community responsive approaches that address financial geographic and other barriers to care for residents of northern Hamilton County and surrounding areas. THCC is proudly recognized as a Level 3 Patient Centered Medical Home (PCMH) the highest level of recognition attainable for quality care.
We boast two primary care locations and 6 school-based health centers providing quality value-based care for over 20000 patients. We provide services in Primary Care Infectious Disease Substance Use Integrated Behavioral Health Dental Services Womens Health and Pharmacy.

Position Summary:
Were currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Dentist to provide high-quality dental care in a community-based setting. If you value meaningful work teamwork and health equity this is your opportunity to make a difference!
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive diagnostic preventive and restorative dental care
- Create and implement personalized treatment plans for patients
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventative dental care
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation using electronic health records
- Collaborate with dental hygienists assistants and medical providers for integrated care
- Participate in quality assurance initiatives and continuous professional development
- Ensure compliance with all federal state and organizational standards
Qualifications:
- DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental program
- Current and unrestricted Ohio Dental License
- Community health or FQHC experience preferred
- Strong clinical interpersonal and communication skills
- Culturally competent with a passion for working with diverse populations
- Team player who thrives in a collaborative care environment
