In this role you will:

• Deliver comprehensive general cosmetic and restorative dental carewith a focus on patient comfort education and outcomes.

• Perform thorough examinations diagnoseconditionsand create clear patient-centered treatment plans.

• Collaborate with hygienists assistants and operational partners for seamless high-quality care.

• Leverage digital toolssuch as digital x-raysitero and CERECto supportaccuratediagnosis and patient communication.

• Engage in continuing professional development through SDMs clinician network and learning resources.

• Originally came to Bethesda Dental Specialists for my toddler and Dr Rao was great. Their lobby is fun andwelcomingand the rooms arecomfyand inviting. When my dentist fell short onhygienistsI switched to BDS and had my first appointment today. They did comprehensive imaging which revealed the start of a cavity and some staining. Dr Loganadvisedmethe staining is normal but the cavity we should take care of soon. I appreciated the advice and friendly tone throughout and look forward to future visits. Highly recommend!
