What Youll Do

As Lead Dentist you will play a key role in both clinical care and team leadership.

Responsibilities include:

Providing high-quality comprehensive dental care to patients

Supervising dental staff under the direction of the Dental Director

Participating in clinic management meetings and service planning

Monitoring patient care quality and supporting team objectives

Developing and maintaining monthly dental schedules to ensure patient coverage

Upholding all professional ethical and confidentiality standards

Collaborating with providers across multiple disciplines to deliver exceptional patient care

Qualifications

Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) required

Current state dental license required

Strong leadership and organizational skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Commitment to providing compassionate patient-centered care

Respect for diverse backgrounds and an understanding of varying socioeconomic needs

Schedule

Monday through Thursday

3240 hours per week

No evenings. No weekends.

Compensation

$120000 $180000 annually

Compensation is commensurate with experience and qualifications.
