Compensation:$20.00 - $23.00/hr based on experience

Employment type: Part-Time Temp-to-Hire

Schedule:

• Mondays and Thursdays from 9:00am to 6:00pm
• Tuesdays from 9:00am to 3:00pm

Job summary: Our Client in Cherry Hill NJ is seeking a detail-oriented Part-Time Dental Receptionist to support a busy dental office. This role is responsible for front desk operations including answering phones scheduling appointments verifying insurance eligibility and collecting co-pays.

Responsibilities:

• Answer phones and assist patients with scheduling and inquiries
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments
• Verify insurance coverage and obtain eligibility reports
• Collect co-pays and calculate patient financial responsibility
• Maintain accurate patient and insurance records

Requirements:

• Availability to work Mondays Tuesdays and Thursdays as scheduled
• Previous dental or medical front desk experience preferred
• Knowledge of insurance verification and co-pay processing
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Basic computer skills; experience with dental software is a plus
