Who You Are:

• Positive attitude and great communication skills
• Previous front office experience
• Dental experience is preferred but willing to train the right candidate
• Organized reliable and detail-oriented
• Ability to multitask without breaking a sweat

Schedule: Monday-Thursday 8:15am-5:15pm

Compensation: $20-$23/hr plus monthly bonus opportunities based on performance

• Provide awelcoming and positivepatient experience both in person and over the phone
• Answer calls and schedule appointments for new and existing patients
• Verify insurance eligibility and update patient records
• Collect co-pays and outstanding balances posting payments to patient accounts
• Reviewfinancing and payment optionswith patients at the time of service
• Keep hygienist and dentist schedules booked efficiently
• Maintain aclean and organizedfront office and waiting area
• Make outbound calls to confirm appointments

Experience:

• 1 years of front office experienceis required
• Dental front office experience preferred
• Knowledge of insurance verification and patient collections
• Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
