Our private dental office is seeking an experienced and motivated Dental Office Manager to join our growing team. As our Dental Office Manager you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the practice support both administrative and clinical teams and help ensure the practice runs efficiently and effectively. You will play a key role in staff leadership patient satisfaction financial performance and overall practice growth.

What Youll Do
  • Oversee daily practice operations including scheduling patient flow and office efficiency
  • Lead mentor train and support front office team members
  • Manage staff performance accountability and ongoing development
  • Ensure exceptional patient service and a welcoming office experience
  • Monitor and improve key performance indicators productivity metrics and operational goals
  • Oversee dental insurance verification claims processing billing collections and accounts receivable
  • Analyze reports and financial data to make informed business decisions
  • Collaborate with providers and team members to support practice growth and profitability
  • Manage office budgets and help drive revenue while reducing outstanding balances
  • Maintain compliance with HIPAA OSHA and all applicable dental industry regulations
  • Troubleshoot operational challenges and implement effective solutions to improve efficiency
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a dental office management or dental practice leadership role
  • Proven success in managing daily operations within a dental practice
  • Experience hiring training coaching and developing team members
  • Strong knowledge of dental insurance verification claims submission billing collections and accounts receivable
  • Experience with dental practice management software and electronic health record systems
  • Demonstrated ability to manage office budgets productivity goals and performance metrics
  • Thorough understanding of HIPAA requirements OSHA regulations and dental compliance standards
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and dental practice management systems
