Join the leading provider of rural healthcare in Minnesota!This is a unique Dental opportunity allowing you to work in a cozy Dental Clinic setting within a large integrated hospital facility. You will work with our Dental staff to assist in making our patients experience a safe and enjoyable one.

Summary

Under the direction of a licensed dentist the Dental Hygienist Instructor promotes dental health by:

• Performing dental prophylaxis or periodontal therapy providing oral cancer screening and radiographic studies
• Conducting oral assessments
• Conducting patient education related to practicing good oral hygiene
• Providing other duties related to preservation of dental health and prevention of dental disease
• Occasional supervision of dental hygiene students

Schedule

• Fulltime position working 80 hours per two weeks
• Monday - Thursday all-day shifts typically start at 8:00AM. The dental clinic closes at 1:00PM on Fridays.

Pay & Benefits

• Salaried position starting at $85571 annually. Pay determined by years of related experience.
  • Full pay range: $85571 to 128377 annually.
• Hiring Bonus of $3500 for eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited Dental Hygiene school (Associate Bachelors or Masters degree)
• Licensed by the State of Minnesota.
• Current CPR Certification.
• Minimum of 3 years of previous dental experience required.
• Previous supervisor/instructor experience preferred.
• Must possess and demonstrate high level clinical skills and patient care techniques.
