We are a large well-established dental practice committed to providing excellent patient-focused care in a positive and supportive environment.

• 1-hour hygiene appointmentsand1.5-hour new-patient appointments no rushing
• Modern dental technology includingiTero laser AI perio charting Cavitron and Open Dental
• 4-day workweekwith a MondayFriday schedule
• 8:00 AM5:00 PMschedule
• One weekday off Tuesday or Wednesday
• One Saturday per month 8:00 AM12:00 PM
• $63$65 per hour plus monthly bonus opportunities

Qualifications:

• ActiveVirginia Dental Hygiene License
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build positive relationships with patients and teammates
• A team-oriented attitude and willingness to collaborate
• Commitment to providing thorough high-quality patient care

Experience with comprehensive hygiene care including:

• Periodontal charting
• Digital X-rays
• Prophylaxis (prophy)
• Scaling and root planing (SRP)
• Patient education
• Fluoride treatments
• Preventive dental care and other hygiene services
