About the Opportunity

Desort is expanding rapidly and seeking a Dental Client Acquisition Consultant to drive new business secure hiring partnerships and grow our presence within the Dental sector. You will be the frontline force responsible for bringing in new dental practices DSOs and specialty clinics that rely on Desort for premium recruitment solutions.

This role is perfect for a confident communicator who excels at outreach relationshipbuilding and converting prospects into longterm clients. You will represent a fastgrowing recruitment brand known for speed precision and highvalue placements.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify engage and convert new dental client opportunities
• Build and manage a strong pipeline of dental practices and DSOs
• Conduct outreach present Desorts recruitment solutions and secure new hiring partnerships
• Strengthen Desorts footprint within the Dental industry
• Collaborate with internal recruiters to ensure seamless highquality placements
• Provide insights on dental hiring trends compensation and market demand
• Represent the Desort brand with professionalism urgency and authority

Compensation (CommissionOnly)

• Unlimited commission potential
• Biannual performance bonuses
• Recommended earnings range: $60000 $100000 annually depending on performance
