Desort is expanding nationwide and seeking a Dental Business Development Manager to lead client acquisition strengthen strategic partnerships and drive revenue growth within the Dental sector. You will also have opportunities to work across additional verticals including Medical Veterinary Optometry and Legal.

Key Responsibilities

• Build manage and grow a portfolio of highvalue dental clients
• Identify engage and convert new business opportunities
• Conduct outreach pitch Desorts recruitment solutions and secure new hiring partnerships
• Strengthen Desorts presence across multiple professional industries
• Collaborate with internal recruiters to ensure seamless highquality placements
• Provide insights on hiring trends compensation and market demand
• Represent the Desort brand with professionalism urgency and authority

Compensation (CommissionOnly)

• Unlimited commission potential
• Biannual performance bonuses
• Recommended earnings range: $85000 $180000 annually depending on performance
