Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Delivery Manager with a strong foundation in Agile methodologies and Java technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer relationships and ensuring the successful delivery of projects. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the delivery of projects ensuring alignment with client expectations and business objectives.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers acting as the primary point of contact for project-related communications.
Implement Agile methodologies to enhance project delivery and team collaboration.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful project execution.
Monitor project progress identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups sprint planning and retrospectives.
Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status challenges and achievements.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance delivery processes and team performance.
Ensure compliance with organizational standards and best practices in project management.

Mandatory Skills:

Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and frameworks.
Proficiency in Java and related technologies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer relationship management.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to project challenges.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with project management tools and software.
Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) processes.
Experience in leading cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.

Years of Experience:

Must have more than 12 years of experience.
Must have telecom domain experience.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
Relevant certifications in Agile methodologies (e.g. Certified ScrumMaster PMI-ACP) are a plus.
Demonstrated success in managing delivery projects and customer relationships.
