Our challenge
We are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager with deep expertise in the Retirement domain to lead large-scale client engagements and delivery programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT services and consulting managing complex technology initiatives for retirement pension and wealth administration clients.
Additional Information*
The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other accordance with law the base salary for this role if filled within Piscataway NJ is$145k - $150k/year & benefits (see below).
The Role
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of technology and transformation programs for Retirement clients.
- Manage client relationships and act as a trusted advisor to business and technology stakeholders.
- Drive program governance delivery excellence financial management and risk mitigation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including consulting engineering data and QA teams.
- Support business development activities solutioning and proposal efforts.
- Manage distributed onshore/offshore delivery teams and ensure successful project execution.
- Identify opportunities for account growth and expansion within existing clients.
Requirements:
- 10 years of experience in IT services consulting or technology delivery.
- Strong domain expertise in Retirement Services including 401(k) pension administration retirement recordkeeping benefits administration or wealth and retirement platforms.
- Experience managing large-scale application development modernization cloud data or digital transformation programs.
- Proven track record of stakeholder management and executive-level client engagement.
- Strong program management budgeting and governance experience.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Preferred but not required:
- Experience working with leading Retirement providers recordkeepers or financial services organizations.
- Knowledge of retirement administration platforms and related business processes.
- PMP Agile or similar project management certifications are a plus.
