DELIVERY MANAGER PNBB

POSITION SUMMARY: Ensure the reliable and efficient delivery of all products and to control the cost of delivering the products and servicing our customers. Manages multiple functions within the RESPONSIBILITIES: The following responsibilities are general duties that a particular employee in this position may or may not be required to perform. The actual duties required of this position will all assigned cases return all company assets (ie; shells and pallets) within delivery times and routes. Communicate any special instructions to your assigned communication and safety with Sales Operations and Dispatch Departments to ensure dependable delivery delivery/merchandising services. Ensure proper scheduling of and investigate previous days results as and review daily route surveys as to customer and driver with Warehouse/Operations/Dispatch/Sales Departments/IT/AR/Route Accounting/Payroll relative to issues and all company policies are communicated and may include the transportation of materials and/or finished goods vendor selection and interviews for training development coaching counsel and discipline up to and including termination of employment as all equipment and relative information contacts and billing. EZ Pass GPS Drivecam JJ Keller closely and communicate with the Delivery Sales Payroll HR and Key Account Departments as well as Labor Union Representatives where other duties as EDUCATION CERTIFICATION: Equivalent of (1) Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or closely related field and minimum of 4 years of directly applicable experience as a delivery driver sales representative and/or sales manager; OR (2) 10 years of directly applicable experience as a delivery driver sales representative and/or sales manager.8 years Transport Management experience; OR 10 years Transport Management maintain a valid Drivers A CDL developing comprehensive strategies business and sales plans and with MS Office including Word PowerPoint and experience in a union environment of AS400 and Margin Minder offer a salary of $75-85k.
