• Deliver all sold vehicles to customers at the time of purchase
• Set upOnStarin equipped vehicles
• Pair customers phones with Bluetooth and vehicle technology
• Review vehicle features controls and functions with customers
• Ensure each customer feels confident and comfortable with their new vehicle
• Assist customers with any after-sale questions or needs
• Provide a professional friendly and helpful experience from delivery forward
• Create taillight ownership video

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable with vehicle technology and mobile device pairing
• Positive attitude and professional appearance
• Ability to explain features clearly and patiently
• Dependable organized and detail-oriented
• Valid drivers license and clean driving record preferred
