Delivery Excellence Analyst

• The Delivery Excellence Analyst plays a key role in supporting operational performance and continuous improvement across the business.
• This position is responsible for analyzing delivery processes identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and consistency and partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to support the execution of high-quality deliverables.
• The ideal candidate is detail-oriented analytically strong and comfortable working in a fast-paced matrixed environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze delivery performance data to identify trends risks and improvement opportunities
• Support the development and execution of process improvement initiatives
• Create and maintain dashboards reports and KPI tracking tools to monitor performance
• Partner with business partners and cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and improve operational effectiveness
• Assist in documenting standard processes operating procedures and reporting requirements
• Support root cause analysis and track action plans to closure
• Contribute to continuous improvement efforts that drive delivery excellence
• Communicate insights recommendations and progress updates to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business Operations Analytics Supply Chain or a related discipline preferred
• 3 years of experience in operations analytics process improvement or a related field
• Strong analytical problem-solving and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools; experience with dashboards or BI tools preferred
• Ability to work effectively across functions and influence without direct authority
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Lean Six Sigma or other continuous improvement methodologies
• Familiarity with KPI development performance reporting and operational metrics Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a dynamic environment
