Delivery Drivers

As a Delivery Driver you will be the face of our organization ensuring that products reach our customers safely on time and in excellent condition. • Deliver products safely and efficiently to customers doors within the designated Williamsport delivery area
• Navigate routes effectively using maps and GPS technology to locate addresses and optimize delivery efficiency
• Operate delivery vehicles responsibly while maintaining a safe driving record
• Load and unload products from the delivery vehicle with care and attention to detail
• Provide exceptional customer service during each delivery interaction addressing customer inquiries professionally
• Maintain accurate delivery records and documentation for all completed deliveries
• Perform routine vehicle maintenance checks and report any mechanical issues promptly
• Navigate diverse terrain including multi-story buildings and private residences
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and management regarding delivery status and any obstacles encountered
• Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols to ensure safe operations
• Organize and manage delivery schedules to meet daily targets and customer expectations

Qualifications :

**Required Qualifications:**

• Valid drivers license held for a minimum of one year
• Safe driving record that meets company standards
• Access to an insured vehicle suitable for delivery purposes
• Ability to read maps and navigate to addresses within the designated delivery area
• Strong navigational skills and familiarity with local roads and traffic patterns
• Physical capability to load unload and handle products safely
• Clearance of criminal background check
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Reliable and punctual with a strong commitment to attendance
• Customer service orientation with strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

**Preferred Qualifications:**

• Previous delivery or customer service experience
• Knowledge of Williamsport area geography and neighborhoods
• Experience with GPS and route optimization technology
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations
• Valid commercial drivers license (CDL) or equivalent
• Experience with vehicle maintenance and basic troubleshooting
