ABOUT THE ROLE

Winston Water Cooler is seeking a dependable and motivated Delivery Driver / Warehouse Associate to join our Midland TX team. This position supports warehouse operations and customer deliveries through material handling inventory control order fulfillment and the safe operation of a non-CDL delivery vehicle. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys staying active working as part of a team and providing excellent service to customers. Youll play a key role in ensuring products are accurately received organized and delivered while helping support the day-to-day operations of our branch.

WHAT YOULL DO

• Drive a non-CDL company truck to transport materials to customer locations and job sites while following all traffic laws and company safety requirements.
• Complete multiple deliveries throughout the day safely navigating customer facilities construction sites and congested areas.
• Load unload and secure materials using forklifts pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment.
• Receive inspect count and record incoming inventory using scanners computer systems and manual logs.
• Pick pack stage and prepare orders for shipment and customer pickup.
• Store inventory in an organized labeled and accessible manner throughout the warehouse.
• Verify inventory counts and assist with cycle counts and inventory discrepancy investigations.
• Maintain records related to inventory movement stock usage and damaged materials.
• Inspect vehicles equipment and materials for wear or defects and report concerns to management.
• Keep warehouse storage areas delivery vehicles and equipment clean organized and safe.
• Follow all company safety policies work procedures and customer site requirements.

WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR

• Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to safely lift and carry at least 25 pounds regularly and 50 pounds or more occasionally.
• Ability to stand walk bend stoop squat and perform physical tasks throughout the workday including on uneven surfaces.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Dependable work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Ability to read understand and communicate written and verbal instructions.
• Sound judgment and the ability to solve routine problems independently.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Forklift experience preferred but training may be provided for the right candidate.
• Experience with Epicor Eclipse software is a plus but not required.
• Previous warehouse delivery construction distribution or supply house experience is helpful but not required.
