Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a vehicle to deliver food orders to customers in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain a clean and well-organized delivery vehicle including regular inspections and basic maintenance checks
- Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations while operating a company vehicle
- Accurately process cash and card payments from customers maintaining proper records and handling money responsibly
- Verify order accuracy before leaving the store and upon delivery to ensure customer satisfaction
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers courteously and addressing any concerns or special requests
- Navigate efficiently using GPS and route planning tools to optimize delivery times and fuel efficiency
- Report any vehicle damage maintenance issues or safety concerns to management immediately
- Maintain professional appearance and conduct while representing Dominos to customers
- Communicate effectively with store staff regarding delivery status and any order issues
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures including food safety and delivery protocols
- Assist with store operations as needed including order preparation and packaging during peak hours
- Build positive relationships with regular customers to encourage repeat business and loyalty
