We are looking for a reliable organized and service-minded Delivery Driver to join our team. This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys early mornings working independently staying active and being part of a company that values quality teamwork and care.
About the Role
The Delivery Driver is responsible for delivering coffee food supplies and other products to Bird Rock Coffee Roasters cafes and wholesale accounts. This person helps ensure deliveries are accurate timely and professionally handled. Because this role interacts with cafe teams wholesale partners and occasionally guests the Delivery Driver represents Bird Rock Coffee Roasters with professionalism kindness and strong communication.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver coffee food supplies and related products to Bird Rock Coffee Roasters cafes and wholesale accounts.
Load unload organize and transport products safely and accurately.
Review invoices and delivery documents for accuracy.
Track order discrepancies and communicate issues clearly to the appropriate managers or team members.
Maintain professional communication with cafe teams wholesale partners and internal departments.
Follow delivery routes timing expectations and safety procedures.
Keep the delivery vehicle clean organized and ready for use.
Work independently while staying connected to the broader team.
Represent Bird Rock Coffee Roasters with excellent service reliability and care.

What Were Looking For
A valid California drivers license.
A clean driving record.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Availability to work 45 days per week with early morning start times.
Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs.
Strong reliability punctuality and attention to detail.
Clear communication skills.
Ability to stay organized while managing multiple deliveries and priorities.
Comfort working independently for much of the shift.

You do not need to be a coffee expert to apply. We will provide training. The strongest candidates are dependable safety-minded organized and consistent. Experience in delivery driving warehouse work food service logistics or customer service can be helpful but we are open to candidates with transferable experience.
