DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Safely transport steel parts and plates between our fabrication shops and job sites.
• Ensure the secure loading and unloading of materials following both safety regulations and company policies.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Ensure the vehicles safety and promptly report any issues.
• Coordinate delivery schedules with dispatch colleagues and clients working together to address any concerns.
• Perform a strong adherence to DOT regulations and traffic laws.

REQUIREMENTS

• Must hold a valid DOT CDL Class B drivers license with a clean driving record.
• Previous experience in steel or construction material delivery is a plus.
• Ability to lift and move heavy materials as needed is required.
• Possess attention to detail.
• Have thorough understanding of and adherence to all DOT regulations and traffic laws.
• Must prioritize the safety of yourself your colleagues and the general public while on the road.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Must be reliable punctual and exhibit a strong work ethic.
• Must demonstrate professionalism and uphold our core values of being customer-centric and problem solvers.
