Delivery Driver (03116) 1933 Ortega St

As a Delivery Driver you will be responsible for the following duties:

**Delivery Operations**

• Operate delivery vehicle in compliance with all traffic laws and company safety standards
• Navigate assigned delivery routes efficiently using maps and navigational applications
• Locate and deliver orders to designated addresses within the delivery area
• Navigate multi-story buildings and adverse terrain to complete deliveries
• Maintain accurate delivery records and complete associated paperwork

**In-Store Support**

• Operate all equipment as directed
• Stock ingredients and supplies from delivery area to storage work area and walk-in cooler
• Prepare products according to company specifications as needed
• Receive and process telephone orders when required
• Maintain cleanliness of designated work areas and equipment on a daily basis

**Customer and Team Communication**

• Communicate effectively with customers and team members both verbally and in writing
• Process orders accurately over the phone and in person
• Provide professional customer service and service recovery as needed
• Comprehend and execute written instructions correctly

**Administrative and Financial Responsibilities**

• Process monetary transactions accurately including calculating change
• Perform mathematical calculations (addition subtraction multiplication division) with accuracy
• Enter orders using computer keyboards or touch screens
• Maintain precise documentation of deliveries and transactions
