BASIC FUNCTION :
Sound working knowledge of Deli Operations within a retail grocery environment. Effectively and efficiently manages Deli operations and assigned personnel to achieve established department sales marketing and profit goals. Promotes and maintains positive customer and employee relations.
EQUIPMENT/TOOLS OPERATED :
Proficient skill in operation of standard department equipment which includes mixers grinders scales fryers knives and sanitizing equipment.WORK ENVIRONMENT :
