Job Description

Are you looking for a massive paycheck without sacrificing your home time We are now hiring experienced Class A CDL drivers for our high-paying Family Dollar Dedicated Fleet operating out of the distribution center in Ashley IN.

This position is a rare find in regional trucking offering you top-tier experience-based CPM and massive unloading bonuses while getting you home 3 to 4 times every single week.

Uncapped Earning Potential & Experience-Based CPM:

We reward your hard work and experience with some of the highest mileage rates in the country:

  • 059 Months Experience: $0.80 per mile
  • 6071 Months Experience: $0.82 per mile
  • 7283 Months Experience: $0.84 per mile
  • 84 Months Experience: $0.86 per mile
  • Average Mileage Volume: Steady 1110 average miles per week (Averaging 3 loads per week).
Massive Accessorial & Add-On Pay:
  • Unload Pay: $325.00 for every single trailer fully unloaded.
  • Backhaul Pay: $30.00 per backhaul.
  • Sign-On Bonus: $2500.00 Sign-on bonus to jumpstart your earnings on this account.
Schedule & Home Time Structure:
  • Frequent Home Time: Keep a great work-life balance by being home 3 to 4 times a week. Drivers typically get home every other day to take their 10-hour reset.
  • Shift Expectations: Most deliveries are scheduled for the early AM. This requires a night driving schedule so you can complete your 10-hour break before the store unload begins.
  • Route Structure: Expect 3 to 5 stops per route. Night weekend and holiday deliveries are part of the regular freight rotation.
  • Equipment: Late-model well-maintained International Freightliner and Kenworth tractors.
Freight Profile & Paid Fleet Training:
  • 100% Touch Freight: Physical ability for live store unloads is required. Drivers manually unload the trailer box-by-box utilizing a gravity roller system.
  • Extreme Weather: Drivers must have the physical stamina to work safely in outdoor temperatures during unloads.
  • Paid Onboarding: We set you up for success with a 1-week ride-along training period alongside an experienced fleet driver paid at a flat rate of $150/day.
Key Fleet Requirements:
  • Experience: Must have at least 3 months of verifiable Class A tractor-trailer experience.
  • Strict Secure Parking Required: Drivers must have a verified secure parking location for both the truck and trailer during home time.
  • Professionalism: Patience and top-notch customer service skills are absolute musts when interacting with store management.
