Hiring Class A CDL drivers for a dedicated grocery account delivering across OH IN and KY. Enjoy predictable afternoon/evening shifts daily home time and steady year-round freight.

Position Highlights

• Earnings: $1500/week average (Top earners make $1800/week)
• CPM Scale: $0.56 (35 mos) $0.57 (611 mos) $0.58 (1 yr) $0.59 (2 yrs) $0.60 (3 yrs) $0.61 (4 yrs) $0.62 (5 yrs)
• Activity Pay: $37 trailer unload $20 stop pay $20 backhaul $25 pallet restack
• Home Time & Schedule: Home Daily with 2 consecutive non-weekend days off Assigned start times between 11:00 AM and 12:00 PM ( miles/wk)
• Freight & Handling: 70% Drop & Hook (single-stop loads) / 30% Driver Unload using an electric pallet jack (multi-stop loads) Dry van with occasional reefer support
• Tractors & Benefits: Shared day-cab fleet Paid ride-along training ($100 daily) Comprehensive healthcare (medical/dental/vision) & 401(k) eligibility at 60 days Paid time off begins after 1 year (calculated off 52-week average)

Driver Qualifications

• CDL Credentials & History: Active Class A CDL and valid DOT Medical Card Requires at least 3 months of verified tractor-trailer driving experience within the past 36 months
• Location & Travel: Residence must fall within the Southwestern Ohio regional hiring radius Reliable personal transportation required for daily terminal commute
• Work Expectations: Available for afternoon/evening runs weekends and mandatory holiday periods (including pre-holiday weeks)
• Background Check: Clean driving record and clear background check (Not SAP friendly)
