Dedicated CDL-A Driver

This dedicated account is built for drivers who want steady freight strong weekly earnings and consistent miles. If you dont mind staying active the payoff can be well worth it.

• Average $1600$1800 per week
• Top drivers earn $2200 weekly
• Annual earnings between $80000$115000
• Average $1.50 per mile (CPM accessorial pay)
• $325 per trailer unload
• $30 backhaul pay
• $2500 Sign-On Bonus

Youll be hauling dedicated freight throughout Indiana Michigan Illinois Ohio and Wisconsin. Expect about 3 loads each week averaging 1110 miles with 35 stops per route. Freight is 100% touch using rollers for box-by-box unloading.

Youll also drive late-model International Freightliner and Kenworth tractors and new drivers receive one week of paid ride-along training at $150 per day before taking their own truck.

Youll get weekly home time with a 34-hour reset. Most routes involve overnight driving with early morning deliveries followed by a required 10-hour break before unloading. Weekend home time isnt guaranteed and drivers should be prepared to work nights weekends and holidays when needed.

The $2500 Sign-On Bonus is paid over time:

• First Load $250
• 30 Days $250
• 60 Days $250
• 90 Days $500
• 120 Days $250
• 150 Days $250
• 180 Days $750

Drivers must be actively employed on each payout date. Bonus terms are subject to company policy.

• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum 3 months of CDL-A tractor-trailer experience within the last 36 months
• Comfortable unloading freight by hand using rollers
• Able to work nights and in all weather conditions
• Strong customer service skills
• Bring two weeks of personal supplies for orientation
• Secure guarded or camera-monitored truck and trailer parking during home time
• Clean MVR
• Clean background
• Reliable work ethic
• Not SAP Friendly
