Deconstruction Crew Lead

An outstanding full-time position has become available in the Portland OR area for an individual with 3 years experience leading a crew for Deconstruction and Restoration Construction projects. Required work experience includes:

• 3 years of experience in Construction is a MUST
• Experience with Deconstruction Restoration Salvage and Reuse/Recycle projects and processes (including Asbestos Abatement and Lead-Based Paint removal/handling) is a MUST
• Proficiency in using hand and power tools is a MUST
• Experience with leading or supervising a small crew is a BIG PLUS
• Demonstrated skill in establishing and maintaining positive customer relationships is a BIG PLUS
