JobSummary

We are seeking a detailorientedDeburrto support the finishing and preparation of precisionmanufactured components used in semiconductor and aerospace applications. This role is responsible for removing burrs sharp edges and surface imperfections using a variety of hand tools and finishing equipment to ensure parts meet strict quality and dimensional standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Performdeburring handfinishing and edgebreak operations on metal components
  • Use hand tools such as files scrapers sandpaper air pens die grinders and rightangle grinders
  • Inspect parts visually and with basic measurement tools (calipers micrometers gauges) to verify conformance
  • Follow detailed work instructions drawings and quality specifications
  • Maintain accuracy and consistency when working with small delicate or highprecision parts
  • Handle and move parts safely throughout the finishing process
  • Keep work area clean organized and compliant with safety and quality standards
  • Communicate any defects irregularities or process concerns to the supervisor or quality team

Qualifications

  • Previous experience indeburring hand finishing or precision part preparationin semiconductor aerospace or similar manufacturing environments preferred
  • Familiarity with basic inspection and metrology tools
  • Strong handeye coordination and fine motor skills
  • Ability to follow written instructions and work with minimal supervision
  • High attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/move parts as required (typically up to 2535 lbs.)
  • Experience working in cleanroom or controlled environments is a plus but not required
