Dealership Parts Manager

Cypress Coast Ford is seeking an experienced Parts Manager to lead a high-performing parts department. This is an opportunity for a motivated automotive professional with a strong background in domestic brands and dealership parts operations.

We are looking for a hands-on leader who can drive profitability maintain strong inventory controls and support both retail and service operations while building a positive accountable team culture.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all daily operations of the dealership parts department
  
• Manage inventory levels obsolescence ordering and stocking processes
  
• Lead train and develop parts department staff
  
• Maintain strong relationships with service advisors technicians and vendors
  
• Monitor department profitability gross margins and expense control
  
• Ensure accurate parts pricing warranty processing and inventory reconciliation
  
• Maintain excellent customer service standards for both internal and external customers
  
• Analyze reports and implement strategies to improve department performance
  

Qualifications

• Previous Automotive Parts Manager experience required
  
• Domestic dealership experience is required
  
• Strong understanding of dealership parts operations inventory management and manufacturer programs
  
• Experience with dealership management systems
  
• Proven leadership and team management skills
  
• Strong organizational and communication abilities
  
• Results-driven with a focus on process improvement and profitability
