Job Summary

Sanderson Ford is seeking a dependable customer-focused Dealership Lot Attendant to support our service department. This position plays a vital role in keeping our dealership running smoothly by managing vehicle flow maintaining lot organization and ensuring a professional appearance for all customer and inventory vehicles.

Job Type & Schedule
  • Status: Full-Time (40 Hours plus available overtime)

  • Hours: MondayFriday 7:00 AM6:00 PM

  • Rotating Saturdays: 7:00 AM3:00 PM

  • Compensation: Competitive hourly wage based on experience

Responsibilities
  • Move park and organize vehicles throughout the lot and service areas

  • Maintain cleanliness of the service drive shop and customer waiting areas

  • Detail sold vehicles

  • Assist with dealership lot organization and vehicle display setup

  • Complete light facility maintenance tasks

  • Transport vehicles between dealerships

  • Support the sales team as needed

  • Maintain a professional friendly demeanor with all customers and team members

Qualifications
  • Valid drivers license with a clean driving record

  • Ability to drive automatic and manual transmissions (preferred not required)

  • Reliable punctual and able to work independently

  • Comfortable working outdoors and standing for long periods

  • Strong attention to detail and customer service skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred

  • Ability to pass a drug screen
