Haddad Collision Center is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented dealership auto body appraiser to join our team in Pittsfield MA. As a key member of our collision center you will evaluate vehicle damage estimate repair costs and work closely with insurance companies and customers to ensure accurate and efficient service. • Perform detailed inspections of vehicles to assess auto body damage
• Prepare accurate and comprehensive repair estimates using industry-standard software
• Collaborate with insurance adjusters repair technicians and customers to facilitate timely repairs
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry repair standards and parts pricing
• Document damage and repair processes thoroughly for internal and insurance records
• Provide excellent customer service and clear communication throughout the appraisal process

• Proven experience as an auto body appraiser or in a similar role at a dealership or collision center
• Strong understanding of auto body repairs replacement parts and estimating processes
• Proficiency with estimating software such as CCC One Mitchell or equivalent
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team and customers
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
