Hyster-Yale Materials Handling Inca world-class manufacturer of industrial lift trucks has an outstanding opportunity for an exceptional and talented(Temporary) Dealer Contact I basedatourDanville IL facility.

What You Will Do:

• Serve as a primary point of contact for dealer and customer inquiries related to orders returns credits and account support.
• Investigate and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Process and monitor orders claims returns and credit requests in accordance with established procedures.
• Provide updates on order status shipments and delivery information.
• Collaborate with teams across operations logistics inventory quality finance and customer support to resolve issues and meet customer needs.
• Research and analyze information to identify solutions and ensure accurate transaction processing.
• Maintain records and documentation in accordance with company requirements.
• Support continuous improvement efforts by identifying opportunities to enhance processes and customer satisfaction.

What You Will Need (Education):

• Bachelors degree; or
• Associate degree with related experience; or
• High School Diploma/GED with relevant customer service operations or business experience.

• Data entry and recordkeeping accuracy
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications

Experience & Abilities:

• Experience supporting customers dealers suppliers or business partners.
• Experience processing orders claims returns credits or related transactions preferred.
• Ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders and departments.
• Comfortable handling competing priorities while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
• Ability to investigate issues analyze information and make sound recommendations.
