Runnings is looking for a motivated dependable team member to join our Distribution Center as a Splitter/Picker. This role is critical to keeping our stores stocked and ready by preparing and moving product efficiently and accurately.

Pay Range:

$18$20/hour (based on experience)

What Youll Do:

• Scan merchandise into inventory using RF scanning equipment
• Pick and prepare orders for shipment to retail locations
• Break down incoming shipments into smaller store-ready quantities
• Verify quantities against packing slips and report discrepancies
• Load and organize merchandise onto pallets; shrink wrap as needed
• Put away product into designated bin locations
• Rotate inventory using FIFO (first in first out) practices
• Manage bin inventory and report inconsistencies
• Operate forklifts reach trucks and order-picking equipment (as necessary)
• Complete daily equipment checks and basic maintenance
• Maintain a clean organized and safe work environment

What It Takes:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently
• Ability to stand bend and move for extended periods
• Basic computer skills
• Previous warehouse or distribution experience is a plus

Work Environment:

• Distribution Center setting
• Exposure to both warm and cold conditions

Equipment Youll Use:

• RF scanners and warehouse computer systems
• Forklifts reach trucks and order pickers
• Pallet jacks and basic hand tools
• Standard office equipment
