Job Title: DC Lab Architect

Location: San Jose CA

This role acts as a strategic data center investment advisor / technical diligence expert rather than a traditional IT architect.
End-to-end evaluation across: Power availability (grid readiness scalability) / Cooling infrastructure (including liquid cooling viability) / Land feasibility & permitting / Construction timelines & regulatory approvals / other proposal evaluation criteria and factors
DC build up from scratch.
Ability to differentiate between viable vs. speculative proposals
Strong stakeholder engagement with developers promoters and ecosystem players
