• Starting Pay: ($19.50) per hour

• Ability to work overtime including extended hours as needed based on business demands
• Prior warehouse distribution shipping or receiving experience preferred
• Ability to safely perform physically demanding work in a warehouse environment including lifting up to 50 lbs. standing/walking for extended periods and performing repetitive movements (bending twisting reaching)
• Experience with or readiness to learn warehouse technology such as RF scanners
• Regular and reliable attendance and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Commitment to following all safety policies and PPE requirements

• Accurately pick sort stage store and transport product to assigned locations
• Perform daily tasks using RF scanners and/or labor management systems
• Build wrap label and organize pallets containers and materials to maintain inventory integrity
• Maintain product accuracy quality and safety at all times while following all established standard operating procedures for assigned task areas
• Communicate effectively with team members and support a teamoriented work environment
• Maintain a clean organized and safe workspace participating in ongoing housekeeping efforts
• Adhere to all safety requirements including proper use of PPE when required
• Participate in team meetings and communicate concerns or improvement opportunities to management
• Comply with all company policies procedures and regulatory requirements
• Perform other duties as assigned to support operational needs

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
