Ferguson is currently seeking (3rd) Shift Warehouse Associates for our (100 Empire Blvd Brookshire TX 77423) distribution center. This role is ideal for individuals with warehouse shipping or receiving experience who take pride in safe accurate and dependable work.

Schedule:

Shift Schedule: SundayThursday 9:00 PM to 5:30 AM start time depending on job responsibilities.

Qualifications

Ability to work overtime including extended hours as needed based on business demands
Prior warehouse distribution shipping or receiving experience preferred
Ability to safely perform physically demanding work in a warehouse environment including lifting up to 50 lbs. standing/walking for extended periods and performing repetitive movements (bending twisting reaching)
Experience with or readiness to learn warehouse technology such as RF scanners
Regular and reliable attendance and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Commitment to following all safety policies and PPE requirements

Responsibilities

Accurately pick sort stage store and transport product to assigned locations
Perform daily tasks using RF scanners and/or labor management systems
Build wrap label and organize pallets containers and materials to maintain inventory integrity
Maintain product accuracy quality and safety at all times while following all established standard operating procedures for assigned task areas
Communicate effectively with team members and support a teamoriented work environment
Maintain a clean organized and safe workspace participating in ongoing housekeeping efforts
Adhere to all safety requirements including proper use of PPE when required
Participate in team meetings and communicate concerns or improvement opportunities to management
Comply with all company policies procedures and regulatory requirements
Perform other duties as assigned to support operational needs

Pay Range:

$15.00 - $28.88

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
