As a Warehouse Associate / Equipment Operator youll play an important role in keeping our operations running efficiently while helping support a positive and productive team environment.

In this role you will:

• Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently to move products throughout the facility
• Support daily warehouse operations including shipping receiving order fulfillment and inventory management
• Assist with coordinating daily workflow and prioritizing department activities
• Help the team achieve daily weekly and monthly performance goals
• Identify opportunities to improve safety quality efficiency and accuracy
• Assist with training and supporting team members across multiple warehouse functions
• Troubleshoot and help resolve day-to-day operational challenges
• Maintain a clean organized and safety-focused work environment
• Champion Fergusons commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence
• Perform other duties as assigned

Preferred qualifications include:

• 0-3 years of warehouse distribution logistics or equipment operation experience
• Experience with shipping receiving inventory or order fulfillment processes
• Ability to learn and perform multiple warehouse functions
• Strong focus on safety and operational excellence
• Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Basic computer skills and comfort learning warehouse systems
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Leadership potential and a willingness to help train and support others
