Daytime Supervisor

Reports To:Career & Tech Ed Coordinator

Work Schedule:Grant period only (26-27) Monday through Thursday (times vary)

Education Required Level:High School diploma or equivalent

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

• Allow access during the day for CTE students Adult Education Robotics Ivy Tech and Purdue classes
• Assist with enrolling new Adult Education students
• Screen those who are entering the facility utilizing the Raptor System
• Direct visitors to their destination
• Be able to answer questions about programs
• Assist with mailings
• Report any issues to the administration
• Use of student management system and phone system
• Distributing tardy and early dismissal documentation for students
• Other tasks and paperwork as needed by the building administrator

Education and Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Computer skills

Payment Type:Hourly rate (commensurate with experience)
